The YSCJ series magnetic latching relays are engineered for high-voltage DC operations under harsh working conditions, meeting automotive-grade protection and durability criteria for heavy-current overload resistance.
Available in 300A and 400A models, the maximum rated load current reaches 400A, supporting 80VDC high-voltage DC operation, which perfectly matches the rigorous requirements of lithium batteries for construction machinery. It has passed comprehensive overload endurance tests including prolonged overloading, short-term heavy current shocks and kiloampere-level instantaneous surges, delivering stable performance and safety even under extreme operating conditions.
Improved Protection via Energy-Saving Latching Structure & Fully Sealed Design
The entire series shares identical outline dimensions and mounting dimensions, with universal M8 main circuit terminals and M4 mounting holes for direct interchangeable replacement, effectively cutting equipment retrofitting costs.
Adopting the energy-saving magnetic latching principle, the relay only consumes power during switching actions with zero power consumption under steady locked status. It comes standard with a 12VDC non-polar coil, with customized non-standard voltage options available, alongside unified control wiring logic.
The fully sealed housing blocks dust, moisture and corrosive substances, with consistent compliance in dielectric withstand voltage and operation sequence parameters. It is well-suited for industrial environments with flammable, explosive, humid and dusty conditions.
