Yisuo Electronics launches the new YSZJ200/YSZJ400 DC contactors, featuring excellent high-current carrying capacity and robust short-circuit resistance.

Compliant with RoHS standards, the YSZJ200 and YSZJ400 DC contactors are designed for heavy-duty, high-power DC applications. Both models offer outstanding current switching capability, along with superior tolerance to short-term overloads and transient surges, ensuring long-term stable and durable operation in automotive and industrial DC equipment.

New design tailored for demanding DC conditions

Specifically engineered for heavy-duty DC control scenarios, the YSZJ200 and YSZJ400 are suitable for complex automotive and industrial environments. Rated at 80VDC with silver alloy contacts: the YSZJ200 has a rated current of 200A and can withstand an instantaneous surge of up to 1400A; the YSZJ400 is rated at 400A, supports peak short-term overload of 1200A, and withstands transient impulse currents up to 4000A, effectively resisting sudden short circuits and sustaining stable, reliable performance under extreme operating conditions.

The coils support multiple voltage specifications, enabling fast make-and-break response, while insulation voltage withstand and temperature rise control meet the requirements of highly reliable equipment.

High-durability insulation and safety design

Both products feature an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ and 1500VAC dielectric withstand protection, with safe and sufficient temperature rise control. The YSZJ200 offers a mechanical life of up to 300,000 operations, while the YSZJ400 achieves a minimum of 100,000 operations, ensuring long-term reliability even under frequent switching.

Wide environmental adaptability and strong resilience

The YSZJ200 features IP50 protection, operates within a temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, and is suitable for altitudes up to 2000m. The YSZJ400 covers a wider temperature range from -40°C to +70°C in non-condensing environments. Both models withstand 5g vibration and 50g shock, making them ideal for rugged engineering vehicles and outdoor equipment. Flexible installation options include normally open/normally closed contacts and horizontal mounting, meeting customized application needs.

The YSZJ200 ensures long-term stability in lithium battery-powered systems such as sightseeing vehicles, construction machinery, and new energy vehicles.
